And we are live

We are live.

This is a simple, free site for both the providers of the free power and the wheelchair power seekers to use. Please feel free to send any ideas or suggestions for improvement.

We developed this solution in a short amount of time, but it has sat quietly for many months as Dee Anne Everson at United Way of Jackson County searched for a grant to help fund the power units. She found one and we have the seed locations in the system.

It’s exciting to see how many locations are part of the launch. I’m very grateful to each of them.

The development team at Project A are incredible. They always allow me to bring community projects to them and they work hard to help me bring my ideas to life. It’s in their DNA to give back and I’m proud of them for that.

I am very thankful for the initial question from Dee Anne at United Way of Jackson County about this that got me to do the deep dive and eventually come up with the solution.

My hope is that this becomes something that every government office or space and museums and more jump on board and provide and list the dedicated wheelchair charging stations.

Let me know what you think.

and Thanks for All You Do
